State v. J.G.
A state Trooper observed a weaving car at night on a rural Missouri road. The State Trooper pulled J.G. over and administered field sobriety tests, which he claimed J.G. failed.
J.G. was defended by Mr. Brengle, and J.G. was charged with a Missouri B Felony DWI, fifth offense. The government was unable to introduce enough evidence at J.G.’s preliminary hearing to establish probable cause. The case was dismissed.
